Refund Policy

This refund policy is an agreement between this website and customers who purchased one of the services provided by this website. In the event of a customer Requesting a Refund for a purchased service, the terms mentioned on this page will be used as the only medium to assess whether the refund would be made. You should accept the terms of the Refund Policy stated on this page upon purchasing a service or requesting a refund.


Customers reserve the right to request a refund for the purchased service if they lost interest, were not satisfied by the scheduled time & date, or service was not provided due to any reason. The refund remains eligible until the maximum of 2 hours before the scheduled time & date. If the customer refuses to receive the service after the due date, 50% of the original refund will be refunded. If the provider fails to offer the service on the scheduled time & date, the customer will be refunded in full.

In cases that the service was incorrectly, wrongly, or accidentally purchased, the refund will be made provided the refund request form is submitted within 24 hours after the time of purchase. If the customer had ordered a service that is against this website Terms of Service, the provider reserves the right to refuse to offer the service. In such cases, the customer will be notified and a refund will be made after the customer submits a refund request.

Network Fees

In the event of a refund, the network fees will be deducted from the original amount. Network fees are determined by the miners of the ongoing Bitcoin block and will be received by them. This website will not determine any fixed network fee since it is subjected to fluctuations based on various factors. The network fee will be determined at the time of the refund transaction and will be deducted from the original amount. However, if the provider fails to offer the service on the scheduled time & date, a full refund will be made without network fee deduction.

AML Policy

In order to prevent any kind of money laundry, Bitcoin mixing, or any malicious activity conducted to legitimize transactions, this website will only refund to the original wallet address that was used to deposit upon purchasing a service. In cases that the original wallet address is not accessible, for any reason, by the customer, KYC policy will be enforced according to Anti Money Laundry regulations.

KYC Policy

In cases where the refund wallet provided by the customer is different than the original depositing wallet used to purchase the service, this website reserves the right to perform a routine KYC (Know Your Customer) process to prevent any act of money laundering. KYC process will be performed according to AML regulations and the data received from the customer will be kept safe offline in cold storage for at least 6 months. This website may ask for one or all of the following documents in order to verify the identity of the customer before refunding to another wallet.

  • Written Request of Refund (Statement of Inaccisibility to the original wallet)
  • Proof of Identity (Passport, Identity Card, Driving Lincese, etc.)
  • Proof of Address (Utility Bill, Banking Statement, etc.)
  • Proof of Authenticity (Selfi Photo or Video)
  • Proof of Funds (Ownership, Payroll, Income, Investment, Inheritence, etc.)
  • Proof of Business (Ownership, Contract, Resume, etc.)

Refunds will be broadcast to the Blockchain network from secure cold storage directly to the Bitcoin wallet address provided by the customer. If the customer loses access to the wallet after the transaction is made, this website is not responsible for the inaccessibility of the fund due to any reason on the customer’s end.

If the original wallet is not available to the customer, due to the AML policies, a KYC process will start and a refund will be made to a new wallet. If the new address provided by the customer is, in any way, incorrect or inaccessible, this website is not responsible for the loss of funds during or after the transaction.
